Only combi bets placed from bonus funds are included in the wagering requirements. In order to transfer bonus money to real money balance, all bets that were placed using bonus money must be settled and final event results must be published. Return and voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements. Having an active bonus, only customers with positive Real Money balance will be able to place a combi bet with lower odds than 1.80 (thus this bet will not count towards wagering requirements). Your account balance is subjected to a system named Bonus to Cash ratio (BCR)’. ‘BCR’ is the percentage (proportion) split between your total cash balance and your current bonus balance. E.g. You deposited £50 in cash and got a £25 bonus. If you wager £75, £50 will come from your deposit and £25 from your bonus. If you win £150 from this wager it will go to your bonus balance and will be separated £100 (2/3 of the win) is your real money and £50 (1/3 of the win) is your bonus.

The customer has the right to cancel the bonus. In order to do so, a customer must contact Customer Support. All open bets on events that have not yet started will be voided. If a customer has open bets on already started events, bonus cancellation request can be processed once such bets have been settled. Bets placed on different selections within the same market or bets placed on equivalent markets (e.g. Double Chance and (Asian) Handicap bets +1/-1) are not eligible for this offer.
