On October 20 2018 at 14:30 at the Mercedes-Benz-Arena in Stuttgart in the forthcoming regular match of the 8th game week of the German national elite division Bundesliga the local Stuttgart are going to play against their guests Borussia Dortmund. At the start of the season Borussia show the best performance in Germany. Yet, this weekend they may have some of the problems as Stuttgart are always ready to surprise especially with the new manager.
After seven matches played Stuttgart only have five points and are on the last place in the standings. They finished the previous season in the middle of the table and now they are back to fighting for staying in the league. In the latest games they looked really poor as they lost to Hannover 1:3 and Leipzig 0:2 and outplayed Werder 2:1.
As for Borussia Dortmund, they are on the first place in the standings as they won five times and drew twice with 23:8 goal difference. The BVB had a wonderful part of the season and their results prove it. In the last three matches Borussia outplayed Nurnberg 7:0, Bayer 4:2 and Augsburg 4:3. So, as you see, the BVB are in wonderful condition.
Despite the fact that the teams are on the very opposite parts of the standings, we still expect the upcoming match to be a very interesting one. The defense of Dortmund is really far from perfect while their attack id the best in the league. All of the facts we have already mentioned make us think that there will be goals scored by both teams this time.
